What would I rather drink?

There are many thing in the world to drink and this helps you rehydrate. Just because you are able to drink fluids does not mean that they are beneficial to the human body. There are different types of drinks including soft drinks such as Pepsi, coca cola, lilt, Irin Bru, Sprite to name but a few, and there are other forms of replenishing your fluids such as drinking tea, coffee and hot chocolate. even alcoholic drinks such as Beer, cider and wine can give your body some much needed fluids, but these can act as diaretics which do also dehydrate the human body. Certain substabes in the things that we drink are alos detremental to the body such as caffiene and other preservatives, but they all can be classed as a form of hydration.
Some people don’t believe this but your daily in take of fluid all includes the amount of fluids that are ingested through the foods that we eat, but don’t be fooled into the amounts that they provide as these aren’t always of a large quantity. Personally I think that the best form of hydration is good old fashioned water. I get my fair share from the drinking fountain and the water cooler in my offices which I think are fantastic. There are a number of water coolers situated all over the premises, there is one in the warehouse for the drivers, one in the telesales office for the administration staff and one in the managing directors office which is a state of the art machine.
